Salt and Light Construction LLC is proudly veteran owned and operated by a team shaped by service in both the United States Marine Corps and United States Navy. Two of our owners served together as Marine Corps Motor Transport Operators, earning a reputation early on for working seamlessly as a team — something their leadership recognized and something that still defines how we approach every job today. Our third partner brings over two decades of Navy service as a fighter pilot and current unit commander, with multiple deployments and a leadership background built on discipline, responsibility, and mission-focused execution.

Our company name reflects who we are and how we work. “Salt and Light” comes from our Christian faith and represents our goal to improve every environment we step into — whether that’s a home in need of restoration or a project that needs steady, honest leadership. The values we learned in uniform — integrity, reliability, accountability, and showing up ready to work — are the same principles we bring to our customers every day. We believe in doing right by people, communicating clearly, and standing behind our work.
